Carter is the newest member of the Proper family. He manages to keep his workouts challenging yet fun at the same time.

Dylans workouts are high intensity and focus on boxing as well as strength training and overall conditioning.

Joe has been involved in boxing for over 30 years. In 2021 he decided to follow his passion and open his own gym. He wants to share his love of boxing and fitness with others in a clean and welcoming environment. Once you’re here,..you’re family.
